Summary: Prayers that Nigerians will maintain our public properties

Prayer that there will be a cultural and paradigm shift in the area of maintaining and sustaining public and private infrastructures, that every carelessness, recklessness and nonchalance in taking care and maintaining especially our public infrastructure (Roads, Sewers, Bridges, Highways, Schools, Electric Supply, Water Supply System, Waste Management System etc) will be consciously be addressed as individuals and as a group and expunged from our psyche.

Summary: Prayers that skilled Nigerians will primarily use their skill in Nigeria

Prayer for the tidal wave of brain drain of highly skilled professional Nigerians leaving the shore of Nigeria for better economic and secure life in other places be addressed creatively That the internal factors (issues only the professionals can address themselves) and external factors (issues that involves the economic, political, social, psychological and security environment of Nigeria) causing and exacerbating this phenomenon will be tackled with the seriousness it deserves by the government and other policy makers.

Summary: Prayer for Nigeria’s international economic public policy

Prayer that Nigeria as a government and the financial agencies responsible (central bank of Nigeria, Ministry of Finance and other banks) for negotiating and borrow developmental capital from World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Paris Club and other international lending agencies for developmental purpose, will shrewdly and wisely go about this responsibility which has far reaching implications.
